1. Your relationship with Google
 
1.1 Your use of Google's products, software, services and websites (collectively, the “Services” in this document and excludes any services that Google provides to you under a separate written agreement) is governed by the terms of the Agreement. Legally between you and Google, “Google” means Google Inc., headquartered at 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. This document describes the establishment of the Agreement and outlines certain terms of it. such
 
1.2 The agreement between you and Google will always include at least the terms and conditions contained herein. unless otherwise agreed in writing with Google. hereinafter referred to as "General Terms"
 
1.3 The agreement between you and Google will include the terms of any legal notices. related to the services provided In addition to the general requirements hereinafter referred to as “Additional Terms” in the event that additional terms apply to a specific Service. You will have access to such terms to read within. or through the use of that service
 
1.4 General requirements including additional requirements It forms part of the legally binding agreement between you and Google regarding your use of the Service. It is important that you read these terms carefully. These legal agreements are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Terms”.
 
1.5 If there is any conflict Between Additional Terms and General Terms Additional terms will apply for that service.
 
2. Accepting the Terms
 
2.1 Using the Service You must accept the terms first, otherwise you will not be able to use the service.
 
2.2 You can accept the Terms by:
 
(a) clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, where this option will be made available to you by Google in the user interface of any Service; or
 
(b) By actual use of the Services, in which case you understand and agree that Google will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point forward.
 
2.3 You may not use the Services and cannot accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to enter into a binding contract with Google, or (b) you are a person prohibited from receiving the Services under United States law. or other countries including your country of residence or where you use the Services.
